By creating an account or using X Money, you agree to these Terms and to comply with applicable laws, partner requirements, and payment network rules.
Eligibility

- You must not be listed on sanctions or prohibited-party lists.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account information.
Service usage rules
- Keep credentials, devices, and session access secure.
- No fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or unlawful activity.
- Account limits, fees, and product availability may change with notice.
Cards, balances, and transfers
Cards and custodial operations are provided with regulated partners. You authorize X Money and its partners to execute transactions based on your instructions and available balance.
Risk and liability
Digital asset prices are volatile and market losses remain your responsibility. Where permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.
Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for compliance, risk, abuse, legal requests, or violations of these terms. We provide notice when legally allowed.
